What if you could organise events, team meetings or learning formats according to regenerative principles?

What if participants could find spaces for connection, relaxation and reflection alongside the regular content? What if the accompanying experiences and learning concepts fostered a willingness for positive change? When the next workshop starts in the middle of nature? Or if sustainable aspects were deeply embedded in the implementation?

The Regenerative Experience Design training provides methods and approaches for designing transformative experiences, events and formats that take regenerative principles into account. Spaces are created that promote connection and appreciation on an eco-social level.

Modern working environments are characterised by time and performance pressures and overtax many people when it comes to creative knowledge work. Yet these are precisely the skills we need to cope with the many crises and changes we are currently experiencing.

Regenerative Experience Design promotes the potential of teams and individuals on the basis of scientific findings.

The training offers space to transfer own projects and topics directly into concrete regenerative formats and to enrich them with regenerative experience design.

Three days Regenerative Experience Design Training

We invite you to join us on a 3-day learning journey to explore Experience Design and Regenerative Principles to create and facilitate impactful multi-perspective spaces, places and formats.

In the Regenerative Experience Design Training participants will be enabled to directly apply their insights and perspectives into self-created formats.

Day 1: Thursday
April 03, 2025: 10am to 8pm

Experience-based Learning:
The training will begin with an immersive group experience that will be analyzed and deconstructed to derive the fundamentals of Experience Design. Based on these insights, participants will begin to design a regenerative experience for their individual cases.

Ending the day with a regenerative dinner together, from 6-8pm.

Day 2: Friday
April 04,2025: 9am to 7pm

Nature-based Learning:
From a day spent in an inspiring location in nature, we draw inspiration from nature to learn about Regenerative Principles as well as various methods and tools that can be applied to the individual cases.

Day 3: Saturday
April 05,2025: 10am to 3pm

Challenge-based Learning:
Inspired by two days of experiential learning, participants will apply their newly acquired skills to their cases, benefiting from peer feedback as well as the support of the mentor.

We will be spending a lot of time outdoors. Warm clothing and good walking shoes are recommended on all days 🌱.

Join us to learn how to design spaces and experiences for connection and regeneration.

Experience and Challenge-based Learning

Our approach facilitates a transition from awareness to action by fostering self-agency and responsiveness, integrating the concept of 'regenerative time literacy' to adapt to ongoing societal and ecological change.

What is Regenerative Experience Design and how can it support your project?

Experience Design
is the process of creating environments, interactions and/or sensory experiences with the intention to foster experiential learning and transformation. Therefore, it offers a way to transform and reconnect, by learning through experience in an immersive and full-body way.

Regenerative Approaches
understand society, humanity, and nature as living and interconnected systems, aiming for actions that have a healing impact on damage already inflicted. Regenerative Principles are the non-negotiable life processes and forces that determine all life — in becoming and passing away — on our planet:
Reciprocity, Longtermism and radical Collaboration.

Regenerative Experience Design is lead by Regenerative Design Principles
to explore alternative narratives to nurture a life-supporting mindset and behaviors for your professional and/or personal contexts. Connection, reflection, and the integration of learning is prioritised over productivity. Strong connections are facilitated between humans and nature as interconnected living systems. Nature becomes a co-facilitator of the experience, fostering a critical mindset.

  • It was a great learning experience! Thank you for providing an immersion into nature and learning to co-design with her. You thought about every single detail making the whole experience memorable. Learning about your thoughts behind the experiences and the provision of frameworks and literature has been very helpful.
